SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 19th and 20th JUNE, 2010
OSWESTRY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY SHOWGROUND
You are cordially invited to participate at the above show, the site being adjacent to the A5 at Oswestry.
Only exhibits registered at Swansea DVLA as "Historic Vehicles" and therefore qualifying for free Road Tax (i.e. up to 1972) will be eligible for consideration as entries.
Exhibits must also satisfy the SECTION STEWARD who may reject any entry. Owing to SAFETY REGULATIONS NO SPACE IS GUARANTEED ADJACENT TO EXHIBIT. ITEMS FOR SALE MUST NOT BE DISPLAYED IN THE EXHIBIT AREA.
ALL EXHIBITORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:-
| 1) |
No exhibitors allowed on the show field before 12 noon on the Friday of the show weekend. |
| 2) |
Every exhibitor will at all times be under the direction of the Section Stewards and Safety Officers appointed by the Society. |
| 3) |
Exhibitors must abide by any decision made by the Steward in charge of their section. |
| 4) |
Road going vehicles and other mobile exhibits must have appropriate insurance cover for this type of event. |
| 5) |
Proof of valid insurance must be available for inspection. |
| 6) |
Anyone driving vehicles on the show site must have a relevant valid licence and insurance. |
| 7) |
All vehicles on the show site must display the appropriate pass. |
| 8) |
All exhibits must be in position by 10.30am. and remain until 5pm. on both days to qualify for a plaque. Late arrivals will be directed to the Public Car Park pending the decision of the Section Steward, which will be final. No unauthorised movement of vehicles is allowed between 10.30a.m. and 5p.m. |
| 9) |
Exhibitors are responsible for leaving their area in a clean condition. |
| 10) |
Entry forms to be returned to the appropriate Section Steward. NO ENTRY WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT A STAMPED SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE. |

THE CLOSING DATE FOR ALL ENTRIES IS 2nd MAY, 2010. Any late entries not included in the programme will NOT qualify for a plaque.
The applicant will be notified of any changes that may arise after the entry of this form.
