| You are cordially invited to participate at the above show provided that your exhibit is pre-1975 and that it satisfies the Section Steward who may reject any entry (or accept a younger exhibit if he/she considers it to be beneficial to the Society's Show. |

Please contact the appropriate section steward who will be happy to forward you the correct entry form for your exhibit/exhibits or trade section. The closing date for all entries is 2nd May 2009. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Steward, but will not qualify for a plaque. It would be greatly appreciated if a description of the Exhibit is provided when returning your entry form. Note: all exhibitors and traders must comply with the rules and safety information as described in the safety section of this web site. |
