Entry Forms 2025: Our 2025 froms are now live
All forms are ready to download in PDF format, please print them off and send them to the relevant section steward (found in the list below), with a self-addressed and stamped envelope.
There are separate forms for Craft, Trade, Catering, Model, and Public Camping, for all other exhibits use the "All Sections Entry Form"
All forms must be returned by the 1st of June 2026. Camping is included with all exhibitors, craft, trade, and catering, Public camping is available at £40 for the weekend.

Camping includes entry for 2 adults and 2 children to the show for the weekend.

There are no main electric hookups on site, but drinking water and Elsan points are available.
